Due to the historic nature of the Winfield Inn, repairs and
renovation were a part of our plan when we purchased the property.
In our renovation process, we have refinished floors, gutted and
replaced bathrooms, laid new tile, painted and wallpapered,
remodeled the kitchen, and added new curtains and furnishings.
It has been a labor of love.
The Garden Ballroom was designed to compliment the style of the
Winfield Inn. You will love the high ceilings and Swarovski Crystal
Chandeliers.
The new gardens are showing signs of spring. It is a wonderful time of year!

THE FACILITIES
This unique and historical house has a parlor, large gathering room, a
library, covered verandas, living and dining rooms; and an upstairs tea
room overlooking the oaks. Experience the work of local artists all
throughout the house.
In addition to all the roaming space in the Winfield Inn, we offer 3 deluxe
suites and a day room for overnight stays. Each Suite has its own private
bath. Breakfast and nightly wine and cheese are included. Our Bridal Suite or ,as we call it, theBlanco Suite, is one of a kind with its privacy and view of the oaks!
Don't forget our Day Spa Room for Massage and Aromatherapy.
We have a licensed Massage Therapist on call who is available for
appointments. Gift Certificates and Aromatherapy soaps and
lotions are available for purchase. We will also arrange for a
'Ladies Spa Day' for your special group of friends. This room
also has two day beds for additional overnight accommodations.
The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen is spacious and functional
for large events. All three suites are decorated with antiques and
boast of luxurious beds and linens.
Outside are 27 acres of grand oaks and' meadows. The pool
and shower area are a great way to refresh during the warm summer
months.
We are a 'TV Free' Bed and Breakfast. Music and 'peace and quiet' are always available.

The Winfield House is dedicated to the long line of Winfield Scotts, who have so gallantly served our nation. We remember Colonel Winfield S. Scott (Boxer Rebellion), Lt. Colonel Winfield W. Scott (WWII), and Lt. General Winfield W. Scott, Jr. (Korean/Vietnam wars and USAFA Superintendent), Major General Winfield W. Scott III (Air Force active duty in Iraq), and Lt. Winfield W. Scott IV(active duty pilot) whose dedication to our nation during times of conflict and turmoil, served proudly our United States of America.
