Some information in response to popular questions asked:
* The Winfield Inn provides on-site managers for you throughout your planning process and all through your wedding day. Our managers are available for an unlimited amount of emails, phone calls, and appointments allowing you the opportunity to review the details pertaining to your special day on a moments' notice. They have a wealth of knowledge and are ready to share at any given time! As well, our operations staff will manage the equipment set-up, break-down and trash clean-up, so there is no need to worry about these last minute details or late night clean-ups!
* We have a variety of days you can select for your wedding day including the entire weekend, a Friday only, a Saturday only, a Sunday only and a weekday. Should you choose a single day rental, night stays are available for up to 3 suites. Each of these options has specific specials associated with the selection of that day. Always ask about additional savings, we are constantly trying to find areas where we can pass on those savings to our brides. All reservations include complimentary wedding coordinating, free parking lot attendant, and complimentary tasting for 2. There is NO charge for parking for all events. All guest parking is free. Shuttle service is available upon request for an additional fee.
* The wedding weekend is $6,000. The wedding weekend is a luxury well spent which also allows for you to have a space for your rehearsal dinner, enjoy a bridal brunch with your bridesmaids, and provides a space for you to enjoy throughout the weekend. Take advantage of our spa services while preparing for the day! This reservation includes the privacy of the grounds from Friday at 3:00 PM to Sunday at 11:00 AM (2-day rental) which entails the use of the entire house & Garden Ballroom, all 3 bedrooms for both nights stocked with homemade soaps and lotions, use of the Bridal ready room, use of the spa room, a gourmet breakfast for up to 6 both mornings, wedding coordinating from the day you book through the entire event, and a free parking lot attendant. Ask about some remaining dates in July/August when you can get a weekend rental discount!!

* For single day rentals, you can rent the space for a Friday ($2,600), Saturday ($4,400) or Sunday ($2,200). The day rentals include the use of the Garden Ballroom and grounds for the event. This DOES include the wedding manager, free parking lot attendant and use of the Inn/Ready Room to get ready for the day, and does include drop sides and 2 heaters OR 2 Way Cool Fans complimentary (current special).
*All tables, chairs, linens, serving ware and catering are additional and based off headcount and requested items. We do this to make sure that each couple gets exactly what they want for their big day and help you save money rather than paying for unnecessary rentals. Our managers will coordinate the equipment rentals so there is no fussing with the last minute details of equipment changes on your end, we got it!
*Additional rooms are available for $150 per room. If you reserve all 3 rooms, we will offer a discount.
*Current specials for one day rentals include the following: upgraded bar setup and discount on 2nd set of chairs. Ask about any additional current specials.

* All over-night reservations include To Go dinner plates for a mid-night snack and a gourmet, sit-down breakfast the following morning.
*The Garden Ballroom is a wonderful facility where the receptions take place, rehearsal dinner and/or brunch. It is a covered pavilion that holds up to 500 guests with ease. It is radiant at night with French Empire Chandeliers and Swarovski Crystal wall sconces. This magnificent building includes cathedral ceilings and is surrounded by an array of colorful gardens. This structure also provides a rain plan should we experience inclement weather without additional fees.
* We do participate in continued education with the universities, so in addition to the free wedding management, we also have interns each semester that are present the day of the event and during the event to ensure all details are managed for you. Extra hands are always appreciated on your big day and something you will be forever grateful for when you reflect back on seamless nature of your wedding day.
* Because the rental can be a weekend package, we do often times host the
rehearsal dinner. You have all the rental equipment here, so you can re-use
the equipment at no extra cost. There is a $150 set-up/ breakdown fee.
* Off site catering is prohibited.
* Our on-site chef creates each menu based on your requests from the assortment of items we have to offer (which is always evolving) and even menu items you might "bring to the table" for the chef to try. You will find we are very unique relative to other venues in terms of the food. Not only are the prices extremely competitive, but also the specially selected and flavored food is amazing. During every event the food is a focal point and a huge success! The chef can accommodate every idea that you have and we are very open to suggestions. We aim to please!
* We offer one complimentary menu tasting that typically consists of a candlelight dinner for two coupled with wine. We have been told from brides that often during the planning process they miss out on these little dates and we think it is important to be able to have an opportunity to share your wedding dinner and piece of the planning together.
* We do allow you to bring in your own alcohol; however, we do require our bartenders to serve the alcohol. Many BYOB venues also charge a "Set-up fee" which has been noted to be up to $500 at times. We do NOT charge a "Set-up fee". We also have a resource that will deliver the alcohol, ice, mixers, etc. and then pick-up the empty shells on Monday, so you don't have to worry with the hassle of returning empty shells, etc if you would like to use this service. So, it is like you have a bar package, but you are not paying the extra fee. We do not charge a corking fee. Essentially you pay for the alcohol at regular cost, or however you are able to purchase it, and then we will provide a bartender to serve it. A bartender must serve all alcohol.
* We also frequently host a "Bridal Brunch" Saturday mornings. The weekend package does include breakfast for 6 guests (or if you reserve the suites for one night, breakfast for 2 per suite is included), Should you invite more than the number included, it is $12 per person. "Afternoon Munchies" are available upon request for an additional fee. Both of which the main objective is that while you are preparing for the day, you are able to enjoy some light snacks and continue in the pampering of your big day. Many times the bride will do spa treatments throughout the day in our spa room following a brunch. We like to think your wedding is more than just the reception; you enjoy a wedding weekend with many little special moments!
* The Bridal Suite: Spacious, cozy, and relaxing. The Bridal Suite, Ready Room, and sunlit veranda offer ample space for all of your girls to enjoy a day of pampering! Enjoy the ease of having your hair and makeup done in one place, peaking out to spy on your guests, and adjusting any final touches just before meeting your handsome groom at the altar.
* The Groom and Groomsmen also have a space while getting ready! With their own separate staircase, they also have two private rooms to enjoy some good "man time" before walking down the aisle.
* 25% of your custom estimate is required to reserve the Inn along with a signed contract.
* We do not require security to be present during events; however, we do have this service if you would like to add it to your wedding estimate.
